We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2025, Robert Leo Dawes (New Albany, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Marie; his parents, Lawrence and Gertrude; his brother Larry "Herk"; and his sister-in-law Nancy.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Dawes (Kelly), Mary Beth Culbertson (Tim), Bill Dawes (Lisa) and Becky Cummins (Mike); his grandchildren, Katie Gibboney (John), Sarah, Abby Dawes, Cody (Theresa), Kelly (Mallory), Carly Culbertson, Dr. Alex, Nicholas Dawes, Anne Marie Futscher (Eric), Maureen and Michael Gavin Cummins; and his great grandchildren, Noa, Callen, Harlen, Carmen Culbertson, John Joseph, Gabriel, Margaret Marie Gibboney and Lennon Culbertson.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Church of the Resurrection (6300 E Dublin Granville Rd, New Albany, OH 43054). A rosary will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Church of the Resurrection New Albany (6300 E Dublin Granville Rd, New Albany, OH 43054). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Resurrection (6300 E Dublin Granville Rd, New Albany, OH 43054).
