He is survived by: his children, Diana Tartal and Thomas S. Tartal (Dawn); his grandchildren, Elaina, Michael, Jonathan, David and Mark; and his sisters, Anne Gillilan, Teresa Cooper, Bea Goetz (John), Jodi Weiser, Emma Estes and Betsy Tartal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maeder-Quint-Tiberi Funeral Home (1068 S High St, Columbus, OH 43206). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Saint Matthew Church (807 Havens Corners Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230).
