He is survived by: his wife Tina Bartoe of New Bavaria; his children, Frank L. Bartoe IV (Bridgette), Samantha Bartoe (Dana) and Clark Bartoe (Amanda); his grandchildren, Rhachel Liebhauser (Joshua), Frank L. Bartoe (Grace), Destiny Bartoe, Clark Bartoe Jr. and Emily Bartoe; and his great grandchildren, Jonah, Jackson and Judah Liebhauser. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
