He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny A. Burdine Sr. (Delores Burdine) and Paula R. Cooper (Rankin); and his pet Brutus. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer L. Burdine (Turner); his children, Johnny A. Burdine III, Harlie Jackson (Joe) and Amber Miller; his grandchildren, Elliot, Eddie Peabody and Eleanor Jackson; and his siblings, George Brown (Mona), Rick Brown (Julie), Patty Fleming and Robert Burdine (Roxanne). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
