She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles O. Forwerck and Cleora C. Forwerck (Fark); her spouse Jerry V. Koeper of Peter's Church; and her brother Vernon Koch. She is survived by: her children, Teresa Koeper-Moore of West Chester and Tim Koeper (Bridget) of New Bremen; her grandsons, James Nichols (Lindsey), Austin Koeper (Ali) and Cody Koeper (Victoria); her stepgrandchildren, Logan Dicke (Makaley) and Brooke Poeppelman (Lucas); her great grandchildren, Alex, Addyson Nichols, Maddox, Myles, Mylo Koeper, Walter and Clara Koeper; her stepgreat-grandson Rainer Dicke; and her sister Connie Koch of New Bremen.
