Flanigan; his children, Kevin Doseck (Carol) of Montpelier, Ohio, Tonja Baker of Saint Marys and James Doseck (Teresa) of Wapakoneta; his stepsons, Billy Ray Damron (Carmen) of Lima, Cliff Damron (Delight) of Saint Marys and Larry Discenza (Michelle) of California; and his sisters, Suzanne Trost (Richard) of New Carlisle, Ohio, Wilma Fogelsong (Louis) of Ironton, Ohio and Virginia Webb (John) of Sidney. He was also cherished by his 8 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
