He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard L. Koeper and Dorothy A. M. Koeper (Dicke). He is survived by: his children, Teresa Koeper-Moore of West Chester and Tim Koeper (Bridget) of New Bremen; his grandsons, James Nichols (Lindsey), Austin Koeper (Ali) and Cody Koeper (Victoria); his stepgrandchildren, Logan Dicke (Makaley) and Brooke Poeppelman (Lucas); his great grandchildren, Alex, Addyson Nichols, Maddox, Myles, Mylo Koeper, Walter and Clara Koeper; and his stepgreat-grandson Rainer Dicke.
