He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanely E. Parlette, and Marion Frances Parlette, Sr. (Gardiner); his wife Agnes Parlette; and his sister Kathy Nichols. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Scherer of New Bremen, OH; and his sister Susie Carman. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren 8 great-grandchildren.
