He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Deweese and Betty Jane Leis (Hoff); and his brother Mike Leis. He is survived by: his wife Carol Leis (Seeley); his children, Kyle Leis (Rachel) and Jamie Fink; his grandchildren, David Frost, Carter Leis, Casey Leis and Rylan King; his great grandchildren, Hunter, Ethan and Lilly Frost; his sister Beverly Burchett (Roger); and his sisters-in-law, Beth Leis and Floris Seeley.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Kyle Leis' Home (11422 Fields Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
