With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elder John E. Barker of New Carlisle, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 23, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Barker and Carrie Barker (Boggs); his wife Estlean "Tina" Barker; and his siblings, Marie O'Brien, Owen, Dennis and Walter Dean Barker.
He is survived by: his son Greg Barker (Patty); his grandchildren, Beth Amaral and Lee Castle (Sarah); and his sister Ruby Snyder. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Ohio.
