He was predeceased by: his parents, Euell Hornback and Virginia Hornback; his wife Charlotte Hornback; and his siblings, Rickey Hornback and Geraldine Hartman.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Hornback (Sarah), Justin Hornback (Kristina) and Nicole Lovelace (Matt); his grandchildren, Tyler Hornback, Allie Lovelace, Carson Lovelace and Seth Hornback; and his great grandchild Negan Hornback. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
