He is survived by: his wife Aoife Polhamus (Butterly); his child Courtney Ostendorf (Jake) of West Milton, OH.; his grandchildren, Nova Ostendorf and Johnny Joe Ostendorf; his mother Delena Polhamus (Sphar); his sister Christy Beireis (Jason); his grandparents, Joe and Lois Sphar; his sibling's children, Kali Higgs (Nick Williams), Salem Williams and Oliver Perkins; his parents-in-law, Nicky and Brona Butterly; his brother-in-law Eoin Butterly; and his close friends, Hoke and Lav. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandkids.
