He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Davis and Elizabeth "Betty" Mitchell; his wife Joann Davis; his siblings, Arlene Piersall (Edsel), Robert Davis, Margaret "Peggy" Stamper (Denny) and Rickie Mitchell; his stepfather George Mitchell; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Robinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sonia Lovering (Tim) and Tonia Davis (Kevin C.); his great grandchildren, Ava Hunter, Jenna Evans, Kendra Evans and Emma Evans; and his siblings, Paula Robinson and Mark Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
