He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bisler and Theresa Bisler (Tupa); and his daughter Carrie Parks. He is survived by: his wife Diana Evans; his children, Theresa Bisler, Christa Rucker and Kyle Parks; and his sister Jeanine Buga. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many other friends and family.
