He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Peters and Winnie Peters (Robinson); his siblings, Dana Peters (Jerry), Betty (Melvin) and Ruth (LeRoy); and his brothers-in-law, Evans Street and Jim Rogers.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Belle (Ward); his daughters, Pam Mustovich (Steve) and Norma Cooper; his grandchildren, Aaron Ashbaugh, Jessica Kitchen (Ben), John Cooper (Sarah), Scott Mustovich (Maria) and Lacey Hoover (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Henry, Everett Kitchen, Ava, Aly Ashbaugh, Coltin, Layla Hoover and Walker Mustovich; and his sisters, Carol Taulbee of Florence and Charlene Rodgers of Aniville, Kentucky. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends.
