He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Mullenix and Sarah Mullenix (Grimes). He is survived by: his wife Rachel Mullenix (Sexton); his children, Richard Mullenix (Betty), Scott Mullenix (Erin), Patsy Simpson (Joe), Terry Wells, Sherry Sigurdson (Allen), Tama Giffin (Gary) and Mellissa Rhoades (Ross); and his sistyer Judy Ellenburg. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren.
