He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Scott and Gladys Scott; and his brother-in-law Dean Pencil. He is survived by: his children, Stefanie Roberts (Derek), Dustin Scott (Casey) and Tracy Patrick (Mike); his grandchildren, Kael, Landree, Kashton Scott, Lakelynn, Evie Roberts, Dylan Stevens, Scott Terry and Connor Patrick; his great grandchildren, Bentley, Oakley and Grayson Terry; and his siblings, Phyllis Pencil and Jimmie Scott (Pat).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home (507 Jefferson St, New Carlisle, OH 45344). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Carlisle Cemetery (11545 Musselman Rd, New Carlisle, OH 45344).
