He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Cook and Jenny Cook (Goodman); his sister Vicky Lattimore; and his uncle Bill Trimble. He is survived by : his daughters, Lynsey Hord (Cody) and Kiley Cook; his close friend Greg Hupp; and his aunt Helen Trimble.
In lieu of flowers, Tim's family requests donations be made to the funeral home to assist with his final expenses.
