He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Fraley and Mary Fraley; his wives, Maude Ruth Fraley and Sherry Jane Fraley; his son Clinton Fraley; his siblings, Haskel, Lois, Lucille and Alene; and his daughter-in-law Ros Fraley.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Fraley (Leny), James Fraley (Pat), Donald Fraley, Brenda Fraley and Beth Bonham (David); and his grandchildren, Michael, Anthony, Jessica, Sabrina, Jeremiah and Forellen. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
