She was predeceased by: her mother Addlene Lenora Hedrick (Hamrick); her stepfather Hollis Hedrick; her sister Marylon Fox; her grandparents, Rosie and Ray Hamrick; and her great grandchild Raylon Malanowski.
She is survived by: her husband Meredith Osburn; her children, Lecia McClellan (Mike), Michael Osburn (Anita), Tammy Malanowski (Steven), Carol Osburn and David Osburn (Trayce); her children-in-law, Marc Phillips and Tamara Brennan; her sister Mary Ann Davis; James Childers. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren; her nine great-grandchildren and one great-grandson.
