With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice E. Burris of New Concord, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Downard "Pete" V. Wilson and C. Maude Wilson; and her in-laws, Herbert A. and Erna Burris. She is survived by: her husband Herbert "Herb" A. Burris Jr. of Beckett House; and her siblings, Richard "Dick" Wilson (Marie) of Cambridge, Judy West (Harold) of Ft. Myers, FL, Kenneth "Ken" Wilson (Carolyn) of Byesville, Larry Wilson (Becky) of Byesville and Jeaneen Gunn (Wilson) of Wilmington, NC.. She is also survived by extended family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Hospice of your choosing, as Buckeye Hospice took such wonderful care of Jan, as did the staff at Beckett House.
