She is survived by: her husband Bill Smith; her children, Cynthia Smith (Ron Holzopfel), William Smith (Debbie) and Dana Smith (Tina); her grandchildren, Heather (Robbie), Chris, Amanda (Chad), Ryan (Courtney), Katina, Nikki (Billy), Dustin (Stacey), Justin (Nikki) and Kierstin (Billy); her siblings, Bob Johnson (Barb), Donnie Johnson (Jenny) and Bonnie Pruitt (Lloyd); and her friend Frankie. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
