He is survived by: his daughters, Mackenzie Olney (Koltin) and Madison Rickeart; his grandsons, Kashtin, Asher and Kaisyn Derick; his sisters, Ruth Johnson and RaeJean Riley; his brother-in-law Dusty Smith; his mother-in-law Judi Smith; his nieces and nephews, Jamie and Shellie; his close friend Greg; and his brother Bob (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
