She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Martha Nancy Draher (Price). She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Guthrie (Cindy) of Columbiana and Robert Guthrie (Jody) of Salem; her husband Dale E. Guthrie of Salem; her grandchildren, Jake Guthrie (Hannah) and Jenna Guthrie; her stepgrandsons, Kevin and Steve; and her great grandchild Henry Guthrie.
