He was predeceased by: his parents, C. B. Meade and Melba Meade (Blair); and his sisters, Deanna Bartell and Zandra Montgomery. He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Francis (Doug), Audie Meade and Dennis Meade; and his nephew Josh Bartell (Angela). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
