He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Johnson; his son Aaron Johnson (Missy); his stepdaughter Andi Hill; his grandchildren, Connor Johnson, Mason Casselberry, Keaton Johnson, Elliana Johnson and Addi; and his siblings, Rick Hall and Lori Dotten (Nancy Weisenberger). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
