He is survived by: his wife Karen Howard (Burton); his children, Kenneth Howard (Natasha), Charles Howard (Sarah Mackowiak) and Somer Wise; his grandchildren, Tyler Keller, Drew Howard, Kale Howard (Taylor Crow), Alexis McCall (Skylar Maag), Connor McCall (Taya), Weston Kuebler, Jaide Howard (Maverick Collins), Kaila Howard, Blaine Williams (Savannah Shupert) and Madison Williams; his great grandchild Drew; his pet Daisy Mae; his siblings, Steve Howard (Gerry), Brent Howard (Pamela), Connie Howard, Virginia Seaman, John Miller (Lisa), Jim Miller (Bonnie), Patricia McKay and Karen Skiver; and his siblings-in-law, Merri Miller, Jim Clark and James (Dianna).
