Darin Monroe Powers Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Darin Monroe Powers (New Lebanon, Ohio), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 10, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Lou Powers (Greene); and his nephew Nicholas Emrick. He is survived by: his father Jerry Powers; his wife Elizabeth Powers (Kincaid); his sister Dawn Corley (Sean); his daughters, Morgan Swearingin (Bobby), Tori Powers (Justin Reynolds), Brooke Powers (Nick Rueter), Holly Powers (Nash Prasnick), Cassie McCarron (Corey) and Carly Maguire (David); his nephew Nate Emrick (Audrey Lipps); his cousins, Donald Walker, DeAnn Beal (Brandon), Deena Kemper (John), Dana Greene (Jessica Morrow) and Tara Miller (Ted Liszeski); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Dunkel, Angie Stilianos (Spiro) and Jason Kincaid (Jodi); his grandchildren, Quinn, Oliver Swearingin, Keegan, Killian McCarron and Teddy Maguire; and his aunt Sue Greene-Debusk. He is also survived by many other cousins, nieces, nephews, and numerous extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Lebanon Brethren Church (32 S Church St, New Lebanon, OH 45345). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at the Trissel Cemetery S..
