It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Ann Proffitt of New Lebanon, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by : her parents, Paul E. Proffitt, and Jerry L. Proffitt, Sr. (Humphrey); her daughters, Valerie Puckett (Rusty) of Eaton and Melissa Pepper (Jerry) of Germantown; her grandchildren, Olivia Sizemore, Meghan Puckett, Caleb Puckett, Gabe Puckett, Zac Puckett and Holten Pepper; and her siblings, Lisa Witt (Gary) and Paul Proffitt, Jr. (Barb). She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
