He is survived by: his children, William Ray "Bill" Seals, Jr. and Deborah Besecker (Scott); his grandsons, Matt Besecker (Kere), Adam Besecker (Carla) and Brandon Seals; his great grandchildren, Doug, Luke, Titus, Aubrey, Juniper and Elliot Besecker; and his siblings, Don Seals (Judy) and Kay Maloney (Jim).
