He was predeceased by: his stepmother Carla Webb; and his grandparents, Donald Westfall, Ruben and Barbara Webb. He is survived by: his significant other Kelly Webb (Stevenson); his children, Case and Zella; his parents, Paul Webb (Debbie) and Debra Wollenberg (Terry); his siblings, Travis Webb (Courtney), Tanner Wollenberg, Trace Wollenberg (Abbi Denny) and Tara Lansing (Dustin); his grandmother Dorothea Westfall; and his in-laws, Kira Marcum (Mike), Jeff Stevenson, Corrie Harris (Eric) and Jake (Katie).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Newark Firefighters Local 109 Charitable Fund or at Peoples State Bank, 110 North Main St, New Lexington in Kelly's name to assist with expenses.
