With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara L. Hoy of New Lexington, Ohio, who passed away on March 15, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Raymond A. Garey and Phyllis F. White Garey; her husbands, Paul W. Hutchison and Max F. Hoy; and her brothers, Doug, Larry and Dale Garey.

She is survived by : her children, Vikki (David Clark), Sheri (Red Howdyshell), Bobbi (Phil Wollenberg) and Mike Hutchison of New Lexington; her grandchildren, Corey, Ryan, Wyatt, Jesse, Ashley, Jordan, Melanie and Dylan; and her brothers, Harold (Betty Garey), Mick (Harriet Garey) and Mike (Rosie Garey). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
