He was predeceased by: his parents, John Parker and Elena Neff Parker; and his close friend Cheryl D. Sparks. He is survived by: his son John Parker (Roxanna); his grandsons, Jordan Parker and Austin Parker (Liz Sain); his children, Pam Willey (Bruce), Paul Sparks and Beth Hardesty (Gene); and his siblings, Vicki Matthews (Bob) and Jeff Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home (304 Mill St, New Lexington, OH 43764). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at the New Lexington Cemetery (440 Swigart St, New Lexington, OH 43764).
