He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Wilma; his brother-in-law Jack Fisher; his nieces, Alyssa and Carly Rae Freriks; and his cousin Roxanne Dalrymple (Kem).
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sue Freriks (Morris); his stepson Rusty Davis; his granddaughter Audrey Layne Davis; and his siblings, Debbie Fisher, Michael (Cathy Freriks), Tim (Lisa Freriks) and Bobbi (Glen Holcomb).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Southeastern Ohio Sportsman's Association (12762 Township Rd 6A, Crooksville, OH 43731).
