She was predeceased by : her father Theodore Wesley Shipe; her husband James Rutter; and her parents-in-law, Delmar and Margaret Toki. She is survived by : her children, Rita Williams and Richard Rutter (Beth); and her grandchildren, Kamille, Roman Staley, Jared and Emma Rutter.
