He is survived by: his brothers, Andy (Lynn), George (Debbie), David (Peggy) and John (Pat); and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Chad, Kent, Cayle, Nate, Seth, Jason, Jennifer Mattis and Jessica Matthews (Jason).
