He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Webb and Susie Webb (Vanderpool); his wife Barbara Ellen Webb (Blair); his daughters, Lillian Howell, Donna Lee Webb and Judy Spicer; his daughter-in-law Carla Webb; and his sisters, Ruth, Margaret Sue, Leora and Sara.
He is survived by: his sons, Ruben Webb, Jr. (Ruth), Kenneth R. Webb (Dottie), James D. Webb (Paula), Paul R. Webb and John D. Webb (Robin); and his sister Amy (David). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
