She is survived by: her mother Daisy Underwood; her children, Jay Grant (Erin), Karli Meyer (Heath), Kayli Grant, Christopher Creighton and Maggie Throm; her grandchildren, Emma, Makynzie, Rylee, Brayden, Johnny, Brody, Makynley, Ivy and Nevaeh; and her brother Shawn Underwood.
