He is survived by: his children, Janelle Earich (David), Shayla Cannon (Jaren), Todd Miller, Ricky Smith (Sara) and Staphan Smith (Quinten Hale); and his siblings, Linda Lyons and Don Miller. He is also survived by four grandsons and granddaughter.
