With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Arthur Bailey (New London, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald "Vic" Balley and Ellen "Irene" Balley; and his wife Phyllis Ruggles Bailey. He is survived by: his sister Norma Bilton of Norwalk; his children, Deana Hahn and David Bailey (Kim) of New London; and his significant other Yvonne Westover. He is also survived by 7 grandkids; 17 great grandkids; and 1 great-great grandkid; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
