It is with sadness that the passing of Gail D. Smiley (New London, Ohio) is shared. Gail, born on January 19, 1954, passed away on September 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Fullen and Shirley Fullen Shannon (Hinton); her stepfather Robert Shannon; and her grandson Austin Smiley. She is survived by: her husband James A. Smiley; her sons, Shane Smiley of Minerva, OH, Brian Smiley of Mansfield, Andrew Smiley of Norwalk and Matthew Smiley of North Monroeville, OH; her grandchildren, Deacon, Ethan, Kaleb and Kaylin Smiley; and her siblings, Kathy Montgomery of Warren, OH, Larry Fullen, Gene Shannon and Robert Shannon.
