He is survived by: his wife Karen Ann (Cutright); his children, James Jr. Talbott (Jessica), Michael Talbott (Cindi), Dianna Mullins (Greg) and Debbie Cress (James); his grandchildren, Christopher Jarrett (Bethany), Dylan Mullins (Maddie), Jacqulyn Kane (Tyler), Jessica Talbott, Zachary Talbott (Macie Westrick), Jackson Talbott, Courtney Cress (Sam LeMaster), Corey Cress (Makenah Rohr) and Nash Talbott; his great grandchildren, Mason, Callahan Sue, Olive, Jameson and Charlotte; and his sister-in-law Sheila Davis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
