He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Marsh and Jane Marsh (Weaver). He is survived by: his siblings, Julie Hoyer (Axel), Robin Marsh (Jennifer) and Kevin Heileman (Kathy); his nieces and nephews, Brian Hoyer (Lauren), Brett Hoyer (Cari), Matt Hoyer (Julie), Lauren Toole (Justin), Colin Marsh (Emma) and Jared Marsh (Lexi); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Garrett, Cameron Hoyer, Josie, Lainey, Ellie, Hattie Hoyer, Julian, Landon Toole and Poppy Hoyer; and his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Gavin, Landon, Alayna Foltz, Gabe, Missy, Grant, Grady, Avery Heileman, Natalie, Brad and Bella Clark. He is also survived by aunts and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made in Jeff's name can made out to the NLHS Athletic Department and or the New London Recreational Park.
