He is survived by: his mother Karen Levi (Tidd); his close friend Tracy Phipps; his children, Mat Vance (Terry), Sarah Ernst (Chance) and Dustin Vance; his stepson Justin Milnickel (Shelby); his grandchildren, Nevaeh "Porkchop", Lux "Squirrel", Phoenix and Maddox; his pet Ruger; and his siblings, Barb Turner (Charles), Gayle Myers (Gary) and Kathy "Squirt" Olsen (Greg). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
