She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Tompkins and Chloe Tompkins (Smith); her husband Charles Blair; her daughter Agnes Blair; and her siblings, Albert, Bessie, Dora, Annalee, Esther, Joan and Mary Alice.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Miller and Michele Frech (Jeff); her grandchildren, Chad Clevenger, Derrick Clevenger, Jessie Hall (Curtis Case) and Emma Rademachir; her great grandchildren, Isaak Clevenger, Taylor George, Hayli Clevenger, Lillian Case and Dakota Case; her great great grandchildren, Moira and Freya; and her brothers, Lester and Thomas Tompkins.
In honor of Roberta, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice in her memory.
