He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Horn and Ada Horn; his wife Sandra Horn; and his sister Irene Whitehead. He is survived by: his son Brett Horn (Mandy Mick).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Greenmound Cemetery (OH-726, New Madison, OH 45346).
