He was predeceased by : his parents, Simeon Webber and Beryl Webber (McCaslin). He is survived by : his wife Madlynne Rae Webber (Galley); his children, Michael, Jeffery (Kristi), Brenda Wolfe (late Terry) and Kathy Mills (James); his great grandchildren, Keira Wolfe, Braxton Wolfe, Beckett Wolfe, Micah Elizabeth Mills and James Andrew Mills III (Trip); his cousins, John Miller and Betty Haessly; and also, Dalton (Alisia), Clay (Hope Thompson), Sidney Leonard, Trenton Leonard, Kaleigh Wolfe, Jeremy Wolfe (Veronica), Jacob Mills (Mersadies Lavano), Andrew Mills (Jordan) and Madlynne "Maddie" Mills.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to the Food Pantry of New Matamoras.
