She was predeceased by: her parents, John Barger and Gertrude Bissett Barger; her sons, Gerald Edward Neely and Harold J. Neely; and her siblings, John, David, Patrick, Donald, Edward Barger, Sude Barger Tustin and Evelyn Barger Boggs.
She is survived by: her son Rodney Ray Neely (Nora) of New Matamoras; her sister Kittie Long (Roger) of New Martinsville, WV.; and her husband Harold J. Neely. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, and 11 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hadley Funeral Home (700 Main St, New Matamoras, OH 45767). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
