She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Dean and Nancy Jane Snyder Petty; her husband David Westbrook; her siblings, Pamela Sue Harris (Bryan) and Phillip D. Petty (Amy) of New Matamoras; and her siblings' children, Jessie Harris, Katen Petty (Tyler Walker), Tyler Harris (Katie) and Cole Petty. She was also cherished by two great nieces and one great nephew.
