It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Eugene Hall of New Matamoras, Ohio, who passed away on December 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Hall and Mary Rinard Hall of New Matamoras, Ohio.; his siblings, Charles Nelson Hall of New Matamoras, Donald Hall of New Matamoras, Lois Taylor of New Matamoras and Sue Hoffman of Indianapolis, Indiana; his nephew Michael Gay of New Matamoras; his niece Leslie White of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his parents-in-law, Howard of Marietta, Audrey Iddings of Marietta, Doris Loeber of Marietta and Ray Waters of Marietta; and his grandson Brice James Goeller.

He is survived by : his former life partner Ruth Ellen Iddings; his wife Ruthie; his daughter Amy Ketchum (Damon); his grandchildren, Abigail, Molly, Nathan and Madelyn; his children, Chad Hall (Vickie), Brooke, Bridgette and Kirsten Goeller (James); his grandchildren, Cameron, Seth, Audrey and Sydney; his sister Carol Gay of New Matamoras; and his parents-in-law, Sally Waters of Marietta, Dr. Stephen, Sue Cupps of South Charleston and Jack Taylor of New Matamoras. He is also survived by 3 children and 10 grandchildren.
